**Tasks**:
Creation of documentation for:

- Technology: our products: installation operation and maintenance manuals for ball valves and actuators
- Software: our IT systems: user manuals for SAP transactions, product configurators, specifications for SAP adjustments, IT concepts
- Processes: our processes: process visualizations e. g. process flow diagrams, Description of process flows / specifications for various topics, preparation of key figures
- Optimization / standardization of documentation processes
- Conducting user acceptance tests in IT systems, e. g. SAP

Project work e.g.:

- Implementation of supplier documentation management
- Introduction of the Machinery Directive
- Development of processes for digitizing customer documentation
- Various IT process topics

**Requirements**:

- University degree or Technical Engineer
- Work experiences as an advantage
- Technical understanding and process thinking
- Affinity to IT systems, ideally SAP R/3
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working and documentation
- Willingness to advance and improve things and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- High ability to learn and work in a team
- Good expressiveness, German spelling
- Very good knowledge of German and English
