**Role and Function**:
Responsible for driving country medical activities in alignment with regional initiatives and the Global Medical Plan, proactively manage medical scientific stakeholders and create value for patients through medical and scientific stakeholder engagement, medical scientific projects and scientific communications. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Support country “Global Brand” team in developing local medical tactics and provide input to Headquarter (HQ)/regional plans
- Create and execute stakeholder engagement plans, according to Sobi’s high standards
- Foster existing and build new (identify and develop) collaborative relationships with KOLs, scientific experts and other medical scientific stakeholders from the area of malignant hematology
- Compile, analyze, prepare, and deliver high quality medical pharmaceutical and scientific communications in line with defined communication plans
- Organize and set up scientific advisory boards with the appropriate key stakeholders, in collaboration with Medical Advisor
- Attend relevant local, regional, and global congresses and symposia to represent Sobi and interact with appropriate stakeholders and customers
- Contribute and support medical scientific aspects in various activities locally and regionally
- Provide local and regional feedback to HQ when performing Business Development Due Diligence
- Deliver inputs to head office led medical programs ahead of launch
- Coordinate Investigator Sponsored Studies (ISSs) as appropriate and support studies on the local level
- Coordinate medical information enquiries in collaboration with Medical Advisor and HQ
- Represent the scientific interests in internal and external forums and interact with KOLs at, e.g., hospitals and other Non-Governmental Organizations within the therapeutic area
- Provide advice to the organization and management on medical matters and their legal implications
- Safeguard that the medical and scientific knowledge for the therapeutic area remains at the forefront of contemporary thinking; remain updated on therapeutic trends related to new and existing products

**Qualifications**:

- MSc or PhD within Biology, Medicine, Biotechnology or related.
- 2+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry within a similar role.
- Strong knowledge about B-cell Lynphoma, is a must
- Experience in communicating and building relations with authorities
- Experience from medical affairs, medical/clinical science, clinical development, access and health economy
- In-depth knowledge of national healthcare systems and practices
- Experience in KOL Management and Account Planning
- Ability to create and network with KOLs at national level
- Knowledge of national healthcare system and decision making, including regulatory, safety, legal and compliance
- Experience in developing scientific presentations and giving scientific lectures
- Valid driver license
- In addition to local language, fluency in English
