Your Role:
Join us at emnify as a People Operations Specialist to ensure a strong employee experience and a strong operation excellence in key areas like payroll, on
- and offboarding, and contract management at emnify.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our organization’s HR functions run smoothly. To help us achieve this mission, we’re looking for a dynamic and experienced People Operations Specialist to join our team of 3 people experts.

Your Impact:

- Administer and maintain People templates and procedures to ensure fair, legally compliant, and efficient organization-wide staff management
- Support and operate the seamless onboarding and offboarding of our team members
- Create and amend employee contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Handle the preparation of operational preparatory payroll on a global scale
- Maintain and update personnel records and ensure accurate data entry in our internal systems
- Address workplace complaints, resolve issues, and find appropriate solutions in consultation with the People Services Lead
- Provide support to the Office Management in Berlin

Your Skills:

- HR Technolgy Skills with HRIS Systems (e.g. bamboo.hr), Onboarding Tooling (e.g. Enboarder)
- Excellent people operations skills in areas like German Labour Law, payroll, and the social security system
- Effective Communication and Strong Critical Thinking Skills to ensure compliant processes and drive process enhancement
- Strong organizational and relationship building skills
- Excellent German and English skills (minimum C1)
