**Head of Flight & Globales Distributions System (m/w/d)**
Vollzeit (Österreich: 38,5 Stunden; Deutschland: 40 Stunden)

**Deine Rolle im Team**:

- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Teams (Service, Operations, Contracting) und persönliche Entwicklung
- Optimierung von Prozessen und Förderung der bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
- Strategische Planung und Steuerung von Charter
- und Linienflügen für den gesamten Konzern
- Aufbau und Pflege strategischer Partnerschaften mit Fluggesellschaften und Konsolidatoren
- Vertretung unseres Unternehmens im Flugausschuss des OERV
- Koordination von Marketingaktivitäten und FAM-Trips in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Airline-Partnern
- Verantwortung für die BSP Abrechnungen & geschäftsBeziehung zur IATA
- Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau unserer White-Label-Lösungen

**Das hast du im Gepäck**:

- Abgeschlossene touristische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes touristisches/betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Touristik
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Flugkonsolidierungsbereich und fundierte Kenntnisse im Flugeinkauf
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams sowie in der Begleitung von Change
- und Transformationsprozessen
- Ausgeprägte Verhandlungsstärke und hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Technische Affinität und fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Tools und Systeme
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
