Your challenges
- As part of the HRIS team, you are responsible for defined modules in Workday (e.g. HCM, Recruitment, Talent and Performance, Absence, Compensation).
- You are responsible for the implementation, further development and improvement of global and local HR processes in Workday as well as interfaces to other systems and ensure the successful applicability of the system in the respective business process.
- You will provide 3rd level support for the HR Digital Solution Portfolio and continuously develop it further.
- You will be in constant contact with the HR community and act as a link to our IT department and external partners regarding the planning and implementation of projects.
- You will develop and implement concepts to build and expand the global Workday community (e.g. key user community) and ensure governance and data quality.

Your expertise
- You have successfully completed a degree in business administration/business informatics or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in industry or consulting.
- You bring several years of professional experience in HR management, process design and development, employee lifecycle management, project management and process optimization.
- You can provide experience in the configuration of Workday in at least one of the following modules: HCM, Recruitment, Talent and Performance, Absence, Compensation, Reporting.
- You are familiar with the use of ITSM software and ideally have experience in an interface function with the IT department.
- You will convince us with your high level of self-motivation as well as your intuition for customer needs and are characterized by a high degree of independent action as well as teamwork and communication skills.
- You have a very good proficiency in written and spoken English and German.
