- Responsible for onboarding new logos and building a strong pipeline for growth through new offering/existing offering for allocated set of accounts; work closely with Head of Sales to drive revenue contiuity and profitability of new revenue streams - new logos, new offerings (NN)
- Manage and maintain a healthy NN sales pipeline for accounts and grow new logos to sizeable revenues.
- Onboard new logos and expand of customer portfolio
- Forge relationships with buying offices of potential customer and gather relevant vertical and market knowledge.
- Develop & execute campaigns to generate leads, identify and refine opportunity.
- Drive leads to closure and contract signatures
- Own actual negotiation and coordinate inputs/participation from different Cyient stakeholders.
- Develop negotiation strategy & negotiate contract/agreement; draft SoW for contract in collaboration with Head of Sales, BU Head and participate in in win/loss review.
- Collate & communicate learnings from pitches, proposals, customer feedback to Sales teams.
- Work closely with account management leads and client success teams in commencing and scaling of the delivery operations and devise robust transition plans for this handover.
