**A Snapshot of Your Day**

As Industrial Cybersecurity Officer (ICSO), you are a real professional when it comes to thinking outside the box. Your path will lead you to the Product, Solution and Service teams for OT and IT security in controls and digitalization technology for critical energy generation systems. In your new role, you will design and be responsible for solution-related OT and IT security for international customer projects in the Controls and Digitalization unit.
- To further protect our IT and OT systems, explore all the ways to effectively deceive, circumvent, and weaken them. To do this, you ask questions to which there are still no answers and look for gaps where hardly anyone suspects them. We promote your permanent further education and the exchange with colleagues from all over the world. One thing is certain: Your ideas will not disappear into a drawer but will almost always be put into practice - worldwide.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Having the responsibility to actively drive product & solution security within the Controls & Digitalization business unit
- Managing and coordinating the product and solutions Cybersecurity experts
- Advising executive management, product management, project management, R&D heads and manufacturing heads with regard to security for all Siemens Energy products, solutions and services
- Being the first contact point for all questions in regards of cyber security internally as well as for customers
- Collaborating and supporting Sales, Bid Management and Engineering/Operations
- Cooperating with the CEO of the Controls& Digitalization unit and the Principal ICSO of Siemens Energy, the ICSO advises appropriate processes and structures to introduce security into products, solutions, and services
- Being responsible for driving the security strategy, aligned with the Company Security Strategy

**What You Bring**
- A diploma or a master’s degree in IT security, computer science, industrial engineering or a related degree and/or have already worked as an ICSO in the industrial environment
- Preferably industry-standard certifications (e.g. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and Certified Secure Software Life cycle Professional (CSSLP)
- Good, tried and tested knowledge in the field of IT, OT, IoT and cybersecurity as well as an intrinsic interest in continuous further training in these areas
- Competency to mediate between executive management and technical staff
- Experienced with leading without disciplinary power scenarios and proven technical management experience
- Expected: Equivalent to project management experience of a certified PM (Siemens cert.) and/or responsibility for a portfolio of small projects for a minimum of 24 months, experience with crisis management in projects, experience with process improvement projects, change management
- Mobility, flexibility to work at different locations worldwide (10 %) and/or willing to go to other Siemens Energy locations

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
