Head of Compliance Policy Management

The role will be responsible to implement the strategy, development and implementation of the Ethics & Compliance System that supports our associates to operate in compliance with laws and regulations. These Ethics & Compliance System is comprised primarily by the core Ethics & Compliance Policies as well as its innovative technology platforms to support the implementation of the policies. This role will be responsible of managing a team.
- Furthermore, this role will be responsible for the strategy and development of the related training and communication programs to influence and inspire ethical behaviors of Sandoz associates and external contractors, therewith contributing to Sandoz’s strategy in building trust with society.**Your key responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Design and implement a sustainable Ethics & Compliance System that supports our associates to operate in compliance with laws & regulations and make ethical decisions in alignment with our values.
- Monitor and maintain the pillars of our Enterprise Compliance Management System which includes: Compliance culture, Compliance Risk Assessment & Monitoring Process, Compliance Policies and supporting tools, Compliance Training & Communication.
- In collaboration with the Data & Digital Leadership teams, and the risk functions, support the development of digital policies, guidelines or standard that help enable the digital transformation in an ethical and compliant manner.
- Oversight responsibility on the development of global policy e-trainings and manage the global curriculum as per our risk portfolio, with training content around compliance topics such as anti-bribery, data privacy, CoI, Information Management, Code of Ethics etc.
- Oversight responsibility on the development of the SEC and BoD trainings
- Work on the agenda and presentation for ethics and compliance events (from major group events to smaller workshops)
- Support the drafting and update of compliance documentation, processes, guidelines, policies etc.
- Support the ethics/compliance draft for the annual report and the relevant intranet section
- Continuous improvement of ERC technologies, IT Tools for the implementation of policies and trainings, among others.
- Consistent with overall ERC strategy, execute the global Policy Training and Communication strategic plan, including its annual priorities and objectives.

**Minimum requirements**
- b>What you’ll bring to the role:
- University degree with affinity in Governance, Risk & Compliance. Business administration, Audit, Finance or Law
- More than four years of experience in the Ethics, Risk & Compliance Field
- Global, Regional and or local experience in healthcare industry, preferable a significant business role
- English, German; Great written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant experience in training in the compliance field as well as experience with compliance policy development are a must
- Experience working in an international and complex environment; Strong communication skills and a high attention to detail
- Project management skills will be useful
