**Aufgaben**:
Der Stratege
- erstellt die Warengruppenstrategie, in enger Abstimmung mit den Head Lead Buyer und den Vertretern des Business und beachtet die ESG-Themen; Überwacht die Risiken der Warengruppe, insbesondere: Erstellen von Forecast’s für die Heads Procurement und dem Business (Preisniveau, Problemlieferanten, Lieferketten-probleme)
- verhandelt und schliesst Rahmenvereinbarungen mit strategischen Partnern innerhalb der Warengruppe
Der Kommunikator
- hält engen Kontakt zu den Projekten - stetiger Austausch mit Baustellen, Projektleitern und Niederlassungen, in welcher seine Warengruppe relevant ist
- ist im stetigen Austausch mit Kollegen aus dem Business und dem operativen Einkauf, um Erfahrungen und Erwartungen in die Warengruppenstrategie einfliessen zu lassen
- fördert den internationalen Austausch innerhalb des Einkaufs und tauscht sich regelmässiger mit den Lead Buyer Kollegen in der globalen Einkaufsorganisation aus
- baut sein Netzwerk fortlaufend aus und pflegt die strategischen und nachhaltigen Partner, sowohl regional, wie national und international

- unterstützt seine Kollegen im operativen Einkauf bei Fragestellungen und in der Kalkulation bzw. Ausführung mit seinem Fachwissen
- bringt seine Kenntnisse bei komplexen und grossen Projekten, zum Erzielen von Optimierungen und Einsparungen bereits in der Kalkulationsphase gewinnbringend ein
- entlastet den operativen Einkauf durch das Bereitstellen von Werkzeugen (Checklisten, Bieterlisten, Vergabeprotokolle für die Warengruppe, etc.)
**Worauf wir bauen**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im (Bau-)Einkauf alternativ ein abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens oder der Betriebswirtschaft oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauausführung im Bereich Gebäudehülle
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf im Bauhaupt
- oder Baunebengewerbe mit einem Schwerpunkt auf Gebäudehülle-Warengruppe
- Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf und gute Kenntnisse im Vertragswesen
- Exzellente Marktkenntnisse mit hoher Kompetenz innerhalb der Warengruppe Gebäudehülle
- Hohes technisches Verständnis innerhalb der Warengruppe Gebäudehülle und Verbindung zu Anschlussgewerken
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, soziale Kompetenzen sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Reisebereitschaft
- Sehr gute länderspezifische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift & gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
