We are currently in a phase of rapid, global expansion and are looking for a working student to join our team for hands-on prototyping and testing. **Position Summary**
- We are looking for a mechanical engineering (or similar field of study) student who is ready to jump in to hands-on prototype creation and testing. You will work with our team of hardware engineers to build and test their latest designs. This is a wonderful opportunity to get hands-on experience, and with a small team you get real responsibility and exposure to real world challenges.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Create hardware prototypes based on CAD models
- Test prototypes and make test reports
- Make exploded views from assemblies
- Make BOM from assemblies
- Make CAD models of simple parts
- Make drawings of parts
- Take feedback from Production/Manufacturing team

**Desired Skills & Experience**
- Student enrolled in the field of mechanical engineering or a comparable course of study
- Brings own initiative, with an independent & structured way of working
- Creativity, problem-solver, and collaborative with a team
- Strong spatial visualization ability
- Previous knowledge of common CAD software, ideally SOLIDWORKS
- Good computer skills, e.g. the MS Office suite
- Knowledge of electronics is desirable (but not required)
- Working proficiency in German
- Working proficiency in English is desirable (but not required)
- Able to commute to our offices in Neukirch, Germany (88099)
