**Your Role/ Tasks**
- As a part of a great team you are an initiator for new product developments in the field of texture ingredients and dietary fibers
- You are responsible for developing and optimizing processes for the production of clean-label, functional raw materials with water-binding, gelling or thickening properties
- Turning the potential of your development projects into practice, as a projects manager you also analyze and evaluate the raw material market and current technology trends
- You work in close cooperation with the product management, production and quality assurance teams
- As an expert (M/F/d) you provide technical support in scale-up from laboratory and pilot scale to industrial production

**Your Profile**
- You have successfully completed your studies in food technology, process engineering, food chemistry or a related field
- Bringing several years of experience in product development (food industry), ideally with a supplier of dietary fibres, gelling and thickening agents, or a strong interest in moving from an independent research institution to industry
- Thanks to your courage you effortlessly implement your innovative raw material solutions, approaching your developments with a proactive and creative mindset
- You combine a unique instinct for customer needs and market trends with a high level of analytical and conceptual competence
- Your colleagues (M/F/d) appreciate your reliable and implementation-oriented way of working
- With your open and communicative manner, you quickly build a professional and cross-functional network
- Your working languages are English and German
