Der **Senior DC Technician** ist eine planende
- und koordinierende Funktion der Fachbereiche und übernimmt die Aufgaben der Nachkontrolle von Abarbeitungsständen, sowie der Ausbildung und Planung von Trainingsinhalten. Er berichtet an den Teamleader DC Operations und unterstützt die Fachbereiche interdisziplinär. Er übernimmt die verantwortliche Betreuung der Sicherheitstechnischen Anlagen. Der Arbeitsort befindet sich Frankfurt-Rödelheim

**Deine Aufgaben**

**Teamentwicklung**:

- Festlegen von Teamzielen gemeinsam mit dem Team
- Teambildung mit dem Ziel, Individuen zu einer effektiv und effizient zusammenarbeitenden Gemeinschaft zu entwickeln
- Motivation der Mitarbeiter, Mentoring
- Vertretungskompetenzen für die Teamleitung sowie für die verschiedenen Fachbereiche entwickeln und aufrechterhalten

**Teamführung**:

- Vorbereiten und Leiten von Teambesprechungen
- Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen (u. a. Jahresgespräche)
- Mitarbeiterbewertungen durchführen
- Mitarbeiterqualifizierung planen und koordinieren
- Kommunikation der Ziele und Prüfung des Erreichten

**Operatives Tagesgeschäft**:

- Erkennen und Beheben von Störungen
- Unterstützung der Fachbezogene Koordination von Inspektions-, Instandhaltungs
- und Reparaturarbeiten der Anlagen und Systeme an die dem Gewerkbereich zugeordneten anerkannten Regeln der Technik (DIN EN, VDE, VDI,VDS usw.) und in Anlehnung an die GEFMA
- Planung und Koordination der fachspezifischen Betreuung von externen Wartungsfirmen
- Koordination und Auswertung der regelmäßigen, fachspezifischen Messungen an den Anlagen
- Mitwirkung bei der energetischen und sicherheitstechnischen Optimierung der bestehenden Anlagen
- Planung und Koordination von kleineren Nachinstallationen im laufenden Betrieb an aktiven Betriebssystemen
- Dokumentation und Überprüfung aller Tätigkeiten in den EDV-technischen, betriebsrelevanten

**FM-Tools**
- Einhalten von kundenspezifischen Service-Levels und von Qualitäts
- und Leistungsstandards
- Allgemeinorganisatorische Aufgaben (z.B.: Planaushänge / Single Lines / Gebäudeausstattung)
- Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen und Übungen wie z.B. Arbeitsanweisungen, Hersteller oder Errichter Schulungen und EOP/SOP Drillübungen in den jeweiligen Fachbereichen.
- Nachhaltige Überprüfung: Arbeitsablaufbeschreibung und deren Bearbeitung, Service Tickets, Wartungsaufträge, Arbeitsabläufe in Zusammenarbeit mit den Teamleitern der Fachbereich und dem Wartungskoordinator
- Unterstützung der Teamleiter bei der Überwachung von CAFM und Service Tickets
- Nachverfolgung offener Tickets und Abweichungen vom Kunden Audits und Wartungen
- Unterstützung der Teamleitung beim Verfolgen und der Abarbeitung von Mängeln und Projekten
- Ansprechpartner für technische Probleme und Anforderungen und Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten intern und extern
- Ansprechpartner für Customer Management, Technical Presales, Mieterausbau, Vertretungsaufgaben innerhalb des Fachbereichs
- Teilnahmen an internen und externen Besprechungen wie Abteilungs-Jour Fix, Tagungen, Koordinations-Jour Fix
- Mitwirkung bei Zertifizierungs
- und Kundenaudits

**Zusätzliche Verantwortlichkeiten und Mitwirkungspflichten**:

- Verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Umsetzung eines Trainings
- und Schulungsplanes
- Verantwortlich für das Erstellen von Einsatz-/Bereitschafts
- und ggf. Schichtplänen
- Verantwortlich für die Einhaltung & Überwachung der SLAs bzw. interner Vorgaben in Bezug auf
- Ansprechpartner für technische Probleme und Anforderungen sowie Entwicklung von Lösungskonzepten intern und extern Teilnahmen an internen und externen Besprechungen

**Dein Profil**
- Qualifizierte technische Ausbildung (Meister, Techniker o.ä.)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Betrieb, Kunden-/Vertragsmanagement von technischen Dienstleistungen, Telekommunikation, Hard
- und Softwareprodukten oder Infrastruktureinrichtungen
- Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Ticket
- und Anlagensystemen
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs-, Kunden
- und Servicementalität
- Lösungs-/zielorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
