**About the role**:
Join our dynamic team in Berlin and take on the role of a UI/UX Designer, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital products. Your mission is to design visually appealing and intuitive interfaces that make interacting with our platforms a breeze. With your expertise, you'll ensure seamless interactions between our users and our platforms, leaving an indelible mark on Mondu's digital presence. Immerse yourself in the thriving tech ecosystem of Berlin and contribute to Mondu's success as a UI/UX Designer.

**What you’ll do**

User Interface and Experience Design:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Build scalable designs across the spectrum of Mondu’s product offerings.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with project goals and enhance user satisfaction.
- Ensure consistency in design elements across various platforms, maintaining Mondu's brand identity.

Usability Testing and Feedback:

- Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Work closely with a UX/UI Researcher to gather user data.
- Analyze user feedback and metrics to enhance the user experience continually.

Design System and Guidelines:

- Contribute to developing and maintaining Mondu's design system and guidelines.
- Ensure that design assets are organised and easily accessible for the development team.

Continuous Learning and Improvement:

- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies.
- Actively participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members.

**Who will you work with?**

You will be an integral part of our Creative Team, working collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other designers and researchers to bring innovative digital solutions to life. Mondu's commitment to a user-centric approach relies on your creative insights and design expertise.

**Requirements**:
**What you need to succeed**
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Miro or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in Ticketing tools such as Jira/Confluence.
- Understanding user-centered design principles and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
- Strong plus if you’ve worked with lots of data and dashboards/back office tools in the past.
- Familiarity with front-end development principles is a plus.

**Meet Mondu**

At Mondu, we have the vision to disrupt and become the leader in B2B payments. We are building a Buy Now, Pay Later solution for B2B e-commerce businesses. Our business will address a new set of customer needs in a vast new market segment. To do so, we will need to re-invent core parts of the payment experience to serve the needs of business customers. Moreover, we will need to listen closely to local customer needs and tailor our approach to the requirements of local customers in Europe.

After a hugely successful initial funding round we are looking to grow at a phenomenal pace and this will not be possible without the right people in the team.
