**Ihr Aufgabengebiet**:
- Verantwortung für die operative Steuerung sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches und der Mitarbeitenden inkl. fachlicher und disziplinarischer Führung
- Unter Einsatz der gängigen modernen Methoden ist der Stelleninhaber verantwortlich für Qualitätssicherung und -kontrolle
- In Abstimmung mit dem Vorgesetzten verantwortlich für die Optimierung der Prozesse und Arbeitsschritte des gesamten Verantwortungsbereiches (ggf. unter Berücksichtigung von entwickelten KPIs) im Sinne der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Erstellung und Auswertung von Qualitätsberichten und -statistiken
- Proaktive Mitwirkung bei der Planung, Durchführung, Dokumentation und Umsetzung bei Zertifizierungen, internen und externen Audits für den Verantwortungsbereich
- Durchführung fachlicher Mitarbeiter-Schulungen
- Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen für den Director of Operations WEBER Group den Verantwortungsbereich betreffend
- Sicherstellung und Umsetzung von geforderten Compliance Anforderungen und notwendigen Rechtskonformitäten
- Projektarbeiten
**Ihr Profil**:
- Einschlägige mindestens dreijährige abgeschlossene fachspezifische Berufsausbildung, z.B. Industriemechaniker sowie eine qualifizierte Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker
- Erweiterte fachspezifische Zusatzqualifikationen, dazu zählen z.B. Erfahrung in den betrieblichen Fertigungstechnologien und Qualitätssicherungs
- / Kontrollprozessen sowie eine Zusatzqualifikation zum Anwenden der Qualitätssicherungssysteme (z.B. internes oder externes Auditoren Zertifikat), sichere Verhandlungs
- und Kundenkommunikationsführung, umfassende Produktkenntnisse (WEBER-Produktkenntnisse wünschenswert) und soziale Kompetenzen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstständige lösungs
- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit unternehmerischem Handeln und Qualitätsbewußtsein
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
- Gute IT Kenntnisse in MS Office und optional SAP
- Reisebereitschaft (In-und Ausland)
- Zuverlässiges, genaues und selbstständiges Arbeiten
