Our client is a successful, medium-sized, traditional company in the dental industry with an international orientation that is involved in the development, manufacture and marketing of high-quality medical products.

**Your responsibilities**:

- develop, communicate and execute a marketing strategy throughout the portfolio with promotional tactics to ensure best in class customer experience.
- identify, propose and implement marketing concepts that can transform our business model into a more sustainable one, including omnichannel programs to raise product awareness and get access to end users.
- identify unmet needs and new growth opportunities based on different data, develop plans for the exploitation of this potential.
- provide disciplinary and technical leadership and development to the Marketing Team.
- close cross‐functional collaboration with DACH/US/International Sales team members and local key opinion leaders to create a deep market understanding and define best regional approach.
- conduct market research, analyze sales and marketing results for improvement.
- execute launch excellence and life‐cycle initiatives across different stakeholders in a fast‐paced environment.
- monitor and manage vendor partnerships to ensure excellence in execution..

**Your Profile**:

- Science, Business or similar Master degree, MBA or similar considered a plus.
- minimum of 5 years of experience in medtech industry including operational and strategic roles with increasing responsibilities.
- proven track record in marketing roles of dental products; optional sales responsibilities is a strong plus; within the national and international market.
- working experience in market segments with indirect and direct sales structures.
- sound understanding of all marketing activities as well as planning, budgeting, market intelligence combined with the ability to compete in tight markets.
- established leadership competence with at least 5 years of experience.
- “rolling up your sleeves” person with strong networking capabilities as well as outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- quick understanding with strong will to execute and pragma c approach.
- solid knowledge of MS‐Office, CRM and Digital tools, furthermore business fluency in English and German.
- well‐established, reliable network across the dental industry.
