**Industrial Program Officer (d/m/w) Airplane Doors und Metallic Components **.

**Ihre Aufgaben bei uns**:
- Schnittstelle zu allen Plateau-Funktionen innerhalb des Airplane Doors Programms (Schwerpunkt im Bereich der A350 Design to Cost Maßnahmen)
- Teilprojektleitung aller industriellen Themen zu Verbesserungsprojekte und Angebotsphasen
- Sicherstellung der Projektziele (Zeit, Umfang, Kosten, Qualität) zur Zufriedenheit des Kunden und entsprechend internen und externen Regeln und Bestimmungen
- Definieren, Einrichten und Fördern des Projektteams bzw. der Projektorganisation, einschließlich Mitarbeitern aus anderen Funktionen (Matrixorganisationen), in allen Projektphasen
- Gewährleistung der effektiven Integration gewonnener Erfahrungen. Gewährleistung von aktivem (internem oder externem) Management von Risiken und Chancen
- Weiterentwicklung und Einführen neuer Methoden/Verfahren durch transversale, bereichsübergreifende Projektarbeit. Schnittstellen zu anderen Systemen und Bereichen analysieren und Auswirkungen abschätzen. Bei Einführung einzelne Schritte festlegen und abstimmen. Einführungsprozess überwachen und steuern
- Entwicklung von umfassenden Vorschlägen zur Optimierung komplexer Geschäftsabläufe und fachliche Unterstützung bei Problemfällen
**Erforderliche Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen**:
- Bachelor/Masterabschluss Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o.ä.
- Langjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement notwendig
- Erfahrung in Bezug auf Airbus-Türen von Vorteil
- Zwingend notwendige Sprachkenntnisse:
Deutsch: sehr gute Kenntnisse
Englisch: fachkundige Kenntnisse
- Erfahren im Umgang mit multifunktionalen Teams von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Business Cases
