**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Supports design team to setup and manage projects at a BIM level
- Ensures the team is adhering to the latest internal and industry standards and project BIM execution plan
- Utilises BIM collaboration platforms to federate BIM models and data into a single collaborative cloud environment
- Direct project support and production in assigned projects to create the drawings as/when required
- Assists in providing training and technical support to design staff on Building Information Modelling systems
- Supports efforts in development, testing and implementation of design tools, workflows and processes
- Collaborates with our internal BIM team to further develop and optimise processes and internal standards
- Contributes to the maintenance and upgrade of Revit templates and libraries
- When and where applicable, coordinates support between external technology vendors and internal staff
- Maintains current knowledge of design software, industry developments in integrated practice, and other applicable techniques

**Qualifications**:
Minimum requirements:

- BIM Coordinator training certificate / accreditation
- Autodesk Certified Professional
- Advanced knowledge in building information modelling programs and applicable techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Experience with a variety of BIM software including but not limited to: Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 Design Suite (ACC), Assemble, and PlanGrid
- Experience with a variety of design software including but not limited to: Dialux, Elumtools and AutoCAD
- Knowledge and experience of the disciplines within the AEC industry
- Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with Autodesk Revit API & Dynamo is a plus

Preferred qualifications
- Degree in architecture, engineering, or equivalent related education (alternatively a completed apprenticeship and relevant professional experience)
- 2 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
- Progressive experience in BIM/3D Modelling, with a focus on Autodesk Software Suite
- Experience utilising Revit and Navisworks
- Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
