**Your tasks**:

- You support the Release Management department in its daily tasks, such as
- Tracking the progress of individual releases
- Tracking the dependencies between work packages
- Formal review of new releases
- Internal announcements of new releases
- Coordination of support requests to the development teams.
- You will support the further development of our release process.

**Your profile**:

- You are enrolled at a university course of study, such as business informatics or business administration with a focus on information technology or project management, or a similar course of study.
- You know how to keep an eye on several topics at the same time and you are familiar with project management.
- You have an understanding of how agile software development works.
- You ideally already know how to use Jira and Confluence.
- You have a structured way of working.
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
- You have good language skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
