Wayfair’s supplier facing platform (Partner Home) enables our 20,000+ supplier-partners to manage and grow their business through Wayfair. Supplier Marketing’s mission is to drive supplier engagement & success across this platform by surfacing the right content, to the right supplier contact, through the right channel, at the right time. We are a diverse, international team of entrepreneurial minds driven by business impact and value extraction both for our cross-functional internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Working on our team, you will utilize project management, communication, problem solving, technical and analytical skills. You will work with cross-functional partners on Supplier Marketing campaigns and projects, aiming at enabling our suppliers to work with our commercial platform and tools at scale. This provides exciting opportunities to not only create impact on our P&L, but also stay on top of state-of-the-art technological developments.

What you will do
- Act as the intermediary connecting our offshore team with our campaign experts (Marketing leads) guaranteeing transparent communication, streamlined workflow, and timely campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign progress and performance, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for optimization.
- Report on campaign engagement and effectiveness, analyze data to extract relevant insights and learnings to be shared with stakeholders
- Analyze engagement data and gather relevant insights to help further optimize and target our outreaches
- Collaborate on projects aimed at enhancing the overall efficiency of our campaigns, driving continuous improvement and impactful results
- Collect and synthesize feedback from various stakeholders, including campaign experts (Marketing leads), creative design, and content teams to refine the overall campaign process

What You'll Need
- A positive, can-do attitude to execute against an array of initiatives and make things happen in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to thrive as part of a team or individually
- Willingness to be flexible and take responsibility for multiple tasks as necessary
- An ability to manage and prioritize projects, and to delegate tasks appropriately
- Strong work ethic, highly motivated, and extremely organized
- Experience with Excel required as well as working with large amounts of unstructured data and transforming this into actionable insights
