Das sind deine Aufgaben
- Beitrag zum Aufbau einer aufstrebenden Importgesellschaft
- End-to-End-Verantwortung für die logistische Abwicklung von Non-Food-Werbeartikeln
- Operative Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Logistikdienstleistern, Regionalgesellschaften, Beschaffung, Asian Sourcing Office, National Category Management und unseren ALDI Nord Ländern
- Steuerung und Verfolgung von Seefracht sowie Steuerung der Logistikdienstleister
- Selbstständige Behebung von Engpässen in der Lieferkette (z. B. Ad-hoc-Laderaumbeschaffung)
- Erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Regionalgesellschaften bei Lieferproblemen oder -verzögerungen
- Konsolidierung und Prüfung von (Zoll-)Dokumenten
- Rechnungsprüfung und enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Buchhaltungsabteilung sowie dem Import Compliance Specialist und dem Business Analyst
- Wertvolle Mitarbeit in Projekten, eigenständige Übernahme von Projektteilen und Implementierung neuer Prozesse
- Proaktive Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reports, Statistiken und Analysen zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung der Lieferprozesse
Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/zur Groß- und Außenhandelskauffrau und/oder zum Kaufmann/zur Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung im Bereich der Importverzollung
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Logistik oder Zoll/Einfuhrverzollung
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in Importlogistikprozessen, einschließlich Verständnis von Zollbestimmungen, Dokumentationsanforderungen, Speditionswesen, Transportarten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Pflege von Beziehungen zu Dienstleistern und anderen internationalen Akteuren
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen internationale Spedition, Auswahl von Spediteuren, Frachtraten und Transportmanagementsysteme
- Erfahrung mit Logistikmanagement-Tools und -Systemen zur Importabwicklung (z. B. Auftragsverwaltungssysteme, Packplanberechnungstool, Track & Trace Tool, Container-Volumenberechnungstool)
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Programme, insbesondere Excel
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP-Software, insbesondere mit den für die Importabwicklung relevanten Modulen
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Engagement sowie selbstständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Minimum B2)
