**About the Job**

We are looking for a Management Coordinator who will report directly to the VP Operations Management. You will support our leadership and operational teams by jointly developing the right goals and priorities for upcoming cycles, steer cross-company operating meetings and challenge our teams on exploring future growth.

**Opportunities to make an impact - what you do**:

- Prepare and steer the most important internal operating meetings (leadership meetings, business reviews etc.)
- Organize, facilitate and prepare key management team and board meetings
- Prepare communications, board presentations and strategic templates on behalf of the management team
- Align closely with our operating teams (product, tech, content, marketing etc.) to follow up on planned initiatives and coordinate status updates
- Work closely with our project management team to jointly drive organization-wide projects regarding business expansion, growth, trends and innovation

**What we are looking for**:

- You have already gained 2-4 years of experience from a strategic finance, business development or corporate strategy function - ideally within the digital sector but not a must have
- You have a university degree in a business-related field or you have proven your business understanding through previous relevant experience
- You understand highly complex topics but manage to break them down into the relevant so whats
- You have an eye for details but never miss the forest for tree
- You have solid analytical and presentation skills with a curiosity to think beyond the obvious
- You communicate easily with colleagues on all seniority levels and have strong stakeholder management skills
- You take initiative and come up with ideas rather than being told what to do
- You enjoy working in a dynamic international environment
- You work independently while being a strong team player
- You have excellent German and English language skills
