**Dein Wirkungsfeld**:

- Als Division Lead Finance (all genders) arbeitest Du in der Schnittstelle zwischen CFO-Organisation auf Gruppen-Ebene, der Divisions
- und Geschäftsleitung sowie unseren Gruppengesellschaften (Competence Center) im Inland und Ausland
- Im Einklang mit den Unternehmenswerten definierst und etablierst Du aktiv die Controlling
- und Finance Prozesse der Division, setzt Reporting-Standards und stellst die höchstmögliche Daten
- und Ergebnistransparenz sicher.
- Gemeinsam mit den Competence Centern gibst du alles dafür den Unternehmenserfolg sicherzustellen und dass die richtigen Entscheidungen zur Unternehmenssteuerung frühzeitig getroffen und umgesetzt werden können.
- In Deiner Rolle verantwortest Du den Budget
- und Forecastprozess der Division, indem Du als Businesspartner die Annahmen und Ergebnisse hinterfragst und sicherstellst, dass ambitionierte Ziele gesetzt werden.
- Durch Weiterentwicklung der Finance Community auf Divisionsebene, stärkst Du die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Competence Centern, stärkst den Austausch und das „Wir-Gefühl“ und hebst damit die Finance-Organisation auf ein neues Level
- Darüber hinaus bist Du Ansprechpartner für finanzwirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen im Rahmen des Onboardings neu-akquirierter Gesellschaften oder identifizierst und hebst Potentiale bei der Verschmelzung bestehender Gesellschaften
- Die Erarbeitung von Ad-Hoc-Analysen und Business Cases runden das vielfältige Aufgabenfeld ab

**Was Dich auszeichnet**:

- Du bringst langjährige Erfahrung als Finance Lead mit und hast in der Vergangenheit bereits starken Controlling Fokus unter Beweis gestellt.
- Idealerweise kennst Du die Dienstleistungs
- oder Beratungsbranche.
- Informationen aus BI-Systemen setzt Du adressatengerecht ein und hast evtl. sogar Erfahrungen im Einsatz von Projektmanagementsoftware und CRM-Systemen gesammelt
- Dich zeichnen ein pragmatischer hands-on Ansatz, die Spaß an gestalterischer Arbeit und starke Problemlösungsfähigkeiten aus
- Du hast sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, erkennst wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und kannst hieraus praktische Handlungsempfehlungen ableiten
- Bei alldem bist Du eine kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit, die komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich darstellen und eigene Konzepte bis zur Geschäftsleitungsebene überzeugend vertreten kann.
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, sowie fließende Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
