**Solution Architect Business Intelligence (m/w/d)**
Ihre Aufgaben
Sie schürfen Daten, wo andere nur Gold suchen und Würfel gehören für Sie zur erfolgreichen Datenanalyse und nicht ins Casino? Als Solution Architect Business Intelligence (m/w/d) möchten Sie an der Entwicklung neuer Projekte maßgeblich beteiligt sein und haben Spaß eigenverantwortlich in einer kreativen Arbeitsatmosphäre Ideen zu entwickeln und umzusetzen? Ihre Begeisterung und Expertise für neue Technologien möchten Sie endlich im Rahmen vielfältiger und herausfordernder Projekte einbringen? Dann erweitern Sie unser BI-Team und beteiligen Sie sich maßgeblich am Erfolg unserer internationalen BI-Lösung.
Im Mittelpunkt Ihres Arbeitsalltages stehen folgende Aufgaben:
- Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) und Coach (m/w/d) für alle Abteilungen bei Fragen rund um das Thema DWH/BI
- Koordination und Durchführung von Workshops und Schulungen der Endanwender
- Eigenverantwortliche Entwicklung von ETL-Prozessen, sowie der dafür notwendigen Datenstrukturen
- Beratung und Entwurf von BI-Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen und Erstellung der dafür notwendigen OLAP-Würfel, Reports und Dashboards
- Fachliche und technische Verantwortung und Koordination von mehreren parallelen Projekten
- Selbständiges Erkennen und Beheben von Fehlern und Problemen in der Systemlandschaft im Rahmen der Administration
- Funktion als kontinuierlicher innovativer Ideen
- und Impulsgeber (m/w/d) aus dem Markt in unser Team und Sicherstellung der Zukunftsfähigkeit der Lösung
Ihr Profil
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich IT oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie bringen Berufserfahrung in der Administration und Betreuung von ETL- und BI-Systemen mit
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in einer gängigen BI-Plattform, optimalerweise IBM Cognos Analytics, sowie in der Datenmodellierung und Erstellung von ETL-Prozessen, optimalerweise Talend Data Integration
- Sie bringen Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanksystemen und idealerweise Kenntnisse in einem ERP-System mit
- Sie sind bereit im Rahmen von Projekten gelegentliche Reisen zu unseren weltweiten Niederlassungen zu tätigen
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch
- sowie gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise ist für Sie selbstverständlich
- Ihre ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative runden Ihr Profil ab
