- Lead, develop and motivate the HR team
- Develop and drive cultural change to improve performance mindset and support leaders and teams to embrace organizational change
- Coach, guide and provide mentoring to Leadership Team
- Moderate the employer-employee relationship and secure a smooth and clear communication between different teams or functions
- Concept and implement of transition programs to support from a development focused organization to industrialization
- Implement and drive individual people development program
- Ensure workforce capacities/competences are engaged in Oberpfaffenhofen and Leipzig
- Planning and steering of HR related KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement of processes and HR Management systems
- Steer Data Protection activities and report to Management Board
**You’ll bring this with you**:
- BA / Master of business management, HR, psychology or similar education
- Industry experience in aviation, aerospace or similar international industry
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR with solid exposure in recruiting, people and organizational development, HR-reporting, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relation in multicultural teams
- Demonstrated experience in a leading HR function in an international environment
- Strategic thinking and acting with a problem-solving orientation and high commitment to internal and external customers and stakeholders

- Knowledge and practical experience to work under German Labor law
- Excellent German and very good English language skills
- Ready to work in “scale-up” business environment, which is driven by “can-do attitude”
- Preferred start in Q1-2025

- The Director People & Organisation Development reports to the CFO and works with Managers / Teams from 40 different nationalities
