European Performance Media Director

European Performance Media Director is responsible for executing and optimizing all brand comms & media plans in-market. You will work across all Pet Nutrition brands, managing a team of fourteen - paid & owned media experts and community managers in Germany, Poland, UK & France. You will need to work closely with the Media and Content strategy teams - ensuring standardized ways of working, communication, content planning, media execution & reporting work seamlessly together.

As the European Performance Media Director, you will be responsible for building strong team engagement & collaboration across your four market teams, defining the team’s strategic roadmap, delivering incremental NSV via data-driven media and managing stakeholders such as GMs, Portfolio Directors & Sales Directors.

- You will need to be a proven transformation leader - embedding content and media capabilities and processes into an organization to drive improved performance.
- Performance marketing and retail media experience are essential - alongside a proven track record in executing media across multiple countries.
- You will be highly collaborative and proactive - bringing external thought leaders into the Markets, increasing your team’s visibility and helping build the retail media network program and media partnerships.

- Deployment of all integrated communications plan brand media campaigns - on time, to budget and meeting performance targets
- Best in class media briefing & reporting for all four markets
