Cloud Imperium Games is looking for a Producer (Core Tech Group) to join our team onsite in Frankfurt, Germany. As a Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of some of the core technologies that enable the creation of Star Citizen and Squadron 42, two ground-breaking sci-fi games that combine cutting-edge technology, immersive gameplay, and a rich narrative. You will work with teams such as AI Tech and the Engine teams, the project leads, and the senior management to ensure the successful delivery of the core tech features and milestones.

Founded in 2012, Cloud Imperium Games creates cutting-edge videogames that defy expectations. We’re currently developing Star Citizen, a record-breaking multiplayer online space sim, and Squadron 42, a cinematic single-player adventure set in the same universe. **What does a Producer at CIG do?**
- Manage the development process from concept to release, ensuring that the project meets the quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
- Coordinate and communicate with the internal and external stakeholders, including the AI Tech and Engine teams, the project leads, the senior management, the publishers, and the community.
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, and escalate them when necessary.
- Track and report on the project's progress, status, and performance, using appropriate tools and metrics.
- Facilitate and support the agile development methodology, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
- Provide feedback and guidance to the AI Tech and Engine teams and foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

**What do we expect from our Producer?**
- Proven experience as a Producer or Project Manager in the video game industry, preferably on AAA titles.
- Strong knowledge of game development processes, tools, and best practices, including agile methodology.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Passion for games and game development, with a keen interest in Star Citizen, Squadron 42, and the sci-fi genre.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt, Germany.
