**Partnership Coordinator (M/F/d)**
**Job Summary**
The IRONMAN Group is looking for a driven Partnership Coordinator to join the Global Partnerships
EMEA Department. Based in the Hamburg office and reporting to the Senior Partnership Manager. This
role will be responsible for managing a selection of commercial and VIK partners within the German
region for events across The IRONMAN Group portfolio, including IRONMAN, IRONMAN 70.3, WTS
Hamburg and Cyclassics Hamburg.

The Partnership Coordinator will be responsible for delivering successful partnerships working closely
with external partner and internal stakeholders. The Partnership Coordinator shall ensure all
contractual assets are delivered, develop impactful partner activations, maintain stakeholder
relationships, manage partner reporting, renewals, and developments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be the key point of contact for partners with the purpose of managing and delivering
- their sponsorship assets.- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with each partner.
- Manage regular communication with each partner including status calls and meetings

(face-to-face or virtual) based upon partner account size to ensure open and structured
communication.
- Understand the partner business and develop strategic partnership plans including goals

and objectives.
- Understand the contract and develop an asset overview and service plan for each partner

account.
- Communicate and manage partner digital assets with the marketing and digital

departments.
- Communicate all partner on-event assets with the Activations Manager
- Manage partner race entries and VIP assets.
- Deliver post-event and annual partner review reports.
- Support the Legal department on any partner contractual changes including renewals,
- revision in terms, expansion, or deletion of territories.- Work with the Accounting and Finance departments to facilitate payments, when
- necessary, as well as to flag potential financial issues.- Attend races, including weekends, as required to meet with partners, manage activations

and represent the Global Partnerships Department EMEA.

**Skills and competencies**
- 2 years of experience of sponsorship management in a similar industry.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with client stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent judgment and ability to think quickly and calmly under pressure.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and productively with minimum supervision.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and team building mentality.
- Must be able to travel as required to visit partners and attend events.
- Fluent in English and Germany (Written and Verbal).

The role will be based in The IRONMAN Group office in Hamburg, Germany.
