We are looking for a **Senior Product Recruiter (all genders)** to join the **Tech and Product Recruitment Squad** on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

**Your main dish**:

- You are accountable for recruiting for Product roles across the organisation (including product management, des,ign and analytics).
- You develop innovative strategies to ensure talent pipelines are continuously being strengthened in order to support current and future needs of the business.
- You create and maintain relationships with other recruiters, internal stakeholders and People Operations teams through strategic partnerships to maximise total strategic Talent Management and Talent Acquisition alignment.
- You develop and maintain strong networking relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- You are owning the recruiting process and act as a consultant to hiring managers.
- You are able to use data to support your ideas and process optimisation.

- You have the ability to multitask and prioritise different projects at the same time
- You are an effective at stakeholder management having the ability to create lasting relationships between internal and external stakeholders
- You are curious and eager to learn
- You are an authentic, empathetic and proactive problem solver
- 2+ years experience recruiting in a fast pace environment

**Skills for Dessert**:

- Experience in Product recruitment (product design/ analytics/ management)
- You are comfortable with challenging others and pushing your ideas through
