**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Starten Sie Ihre Karriere mit einem unbefristeten Anstellungsvertrag in unserer Bank:
- In unserem 15-monatigen Real Estate Professional Programm erwerben Sie innerhalb des Bereiches Credit Risk Management im Geschäftssegment Real Estate Finance Grundfertigkeiten und lernen unsere Bank in ihrer Vielfalt kennen. So bereiten wir Sie langfristig auf Ihre Aufgaben als Fachspezialist vor.
- Ausgehend von Ihrer Heimatabteilung im Bereich Credit Risk Management lernen Sie von dort sowie in relevanten Schnittstellenbereichen (z.B. Real Estate Finance Germany, Property Analysis & Valuation, Operations) die Bank und Ihr Geschäftsfeld in Ihrer Vielfalt kennen.
- Sie übernehmen im Rahmen von learning by doing rasch ausgewählte Aufgaben und eigene Verantwortung im Rahmen der Kreditbearbeitung, wie z.B. Kreditvorlagen erstellen, Geschäftstransaktionen analysieren und umsetzen sowie Kreditrisiken einschätzen, regelmäßig überprüfen und berichten.
- Durch die Einbindung in laufende Projektaktivitäten bereiten wir Sie auf Ihre späteren Aufgaben vor, zudem bauen Sie so ein persönliches und bereichsübergreifendes Netzwerk auf, das Sie später in Ihrer Tätigkeit nutzen können.
- Durch zusätzliche Qualifizierungsmaßnahmen und Infoaufenthalte zur Vermittlung von relevanten, bereichsübergreifenden Fachwissen in angrenzenden Bereichen, erwerben Sie Spezialkenntnisse, die Sie zum ausgereiften Real Estate Professional entwickeln.
**Das bringen Sie mit**:
- Ausbildung idealerweise im Banken
- oder Immobilienbereich (z.B. Bankkaumann/ -frau, Immobilienkaufmann/frau) mit bis zu 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung oder/ und erfolgreich abgeschossene Hochschulausbildung (Bachelor, Master, FH)
- Gute Kenntnisse im Finanzdienstleistungssektor; idealerweise Real Estate Finance
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere
- MS Excel; weitere IT Kenntnisse (Systeme) wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Vertriebs
- und Serviceorientierung
