**Your mission**:
**This role is open for recent graduates. After the trial or training period is complete, we can offer a full-time, permanent position.**

**Responsibilities**
- Participate in video production as a presenter.
- Coordinate and execute social media campaigns and ensure consistent communication.
- Contribute to the conceptual and editorial creation of content and publishing.
- Participate in the development of strategic and conceptual social media campaigns and communication concepts.
- Learn and utilize social listening and influencer marketing tools.
- Contribute to the creation of community management guidelines and tone of voice.
- Working closely with creative teams in terms of brief and feedback them to have the best creatives.
- Assisting social media performance monitoring and data evaluation.

**Your profile**:

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are confident in front of the camera.
- You are creative, friendly, a fun team player eager and quick to learn new tech, and have a never-give-up attitude.
- Excellent English skills (German and a third language would be a plus) with a strong story-telling ability.
- Ability to focus, take initiative, and develop outside-the-box ideas for social media content and new ways to create engagement, as well as brand awareness.
- You have a keen eye for detail and you are able to take inspiration from everything around you.

**Nice to have**
- Recent Bachelor's or master’s degree in communication, marketing, or related fields or experienced graduates with 1-2 years of experience.
- Any previous experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of crypto, blockchain, web3.
