Summary

We are looking for a “Team Assistant Eurofighter Radar (f/m/d)” for the “Eurofighter Radar” department at the Ulm site as soon as possible.

The Eurofighter combat aircraft is the most complex defense project in Europe. Multinational teams of aviation and electronics experts are constantly working to ensure that the aircraft continues to expand its leading technological position. HENSOLDT is responsible for the system design and management of an international consortium for the development and production of a new radar.

Your Tasks- Assistance to the program management- Independent planning, coordination and implementation of administrative processes in the secretarial area (procurement of office supplies and IT, management of meeting rooms, ordering furniture)- Planning, organization and follow-up of meetings and events- Planning, organizing and invoicing business trips in Germany and abroad- Answering and transferring telephone calls-
- Reception and hospitality of guests- Ordering, invoice and performance control- Compiling project documentation according to the project team's specifications- Deputizing for other assistants in case of absence- Carrying out simple improvement projects

Your Profile- Completed commercial training or comparable- Professional experience advantageous- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and a good understanding of figures- Independent, structured and customer-oriented way of working- Organizational talent and ability to work in a team- Friendly and confident manner and strong communication skills- Technical understanding advantageous- Fluency in German and English, further good knowledge of Spanish advantageous
