- Obtaining all relevant documentation and record all acceptance test procedures;- Inspecting new sites to ensure compliance with legislation, codes and regulations- Preparing and coordinate the team for acceptance schedule and test criteria- Coordinating Drive Test Analysis Experience- Performing problem management - diagnosis, root-cause elimination activity, escalation, tracking and permanent resolution of complex incidents by collaborating with related teams;- Obtaining acceptance test sign-off in line with Client standards- Monitoring overall health of operations environment;- Coordinating with engineering to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of operation to meet business demands;- Supervising execution and regression testing of operator-level test plan ensuring requirements are met, definition and documentation of test procedures, reporting and analysis of issues and fix verification;- Maintaining a high level of knowledge on the deployment of ORAN network.- Promoting and recognizing the contribution of team members, and creating a positive work environment;- Managing escalations regarding team’s performance and solve them through appropriate decisions and coaching- Developing and coach individuals to achieve business results and help them succeed in their careers- Providing constant performance feedback to team members performing team assessments and evaluation- Guiding contributors on required trainings to help them thrive on their roles

**Qualifications**:
- Demonstrated knowledge of radio communication instrument operation- Strong knowledge of installation and maintenance documentation- Knowledge of relevant legislation, codes and regulations and standards- Experience with test plan execution, regression testing, troubleshooting and documenting issues for validation of 2G/3G/4G systems;- Exposure to Mobile/Cellular Network Architecture (4G & 5G), various interface protocols mainly between RAN and core network, knowledge of RAN layers;- Defect Analysis -in-depth technical understanding to investigate faults;- Knowledge of field Installation, site design, civil works, device configuration analysis experience- Organizational and time management skills;- Troubleshooting and replication of issues seen in lab trials and field trials.- Collect and analyze network and device logs and work with vendors and operators to close on issues;- Excellent at both deductive and inductive reasoning and the ability to make sound problem-solving decisions within a short period of time;- Excellent attention to detail;- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to establish positive relationships with employees at all levels of the business as well as external partners;- 15+ years of experience managing large teams;- Expert in coaching peers, ensuring team effectiveness and virtual/remote teaming;- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science,- Computer Information Systems or any equivalent degree;- 12/15+ years’ experience in a network/telecom environment.- Proven leadership skills, with experience in guiding team members to achieve objectives;- Ability to communicate written and verbally in English and German;- Solid understanding of ORAN Network capabilities;
