As Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for taking Flip's visual identity and storytelling to a whole new level. You'll collaborate closely with your marketing teammates to bring our brand and products to life through one-off campaigns and always-on assets, and see your ideas through from concept to execution.
We're looking for someone who is an excellent strategic thinker, but can also communicate, craft, and realise their ideas—this is a hands-on role. They'll have an acute visual sensibility and be able to push themselves and others creatively to achieve outstanding results.

**You will...**:

- Drive Flip's visual direction, including progressing Flip's existing brand guidelines towards a more attractive, outstanding creative presence
- Own the design for campaigns, working closely with growth, content, digital and business development team members
- Create design assets for a range of digital and physical channels as needed, e.g. presentations, blog images, social media assets, trade show collateral
- Streamline processes and reduce inefficiencies, such as creating templates that empower others to be self-sufficient for frequently recurring or easy tasks
- Review and improve the quality and effectiveness of our creative work, holding it to a high standard
- Work closely with our Videographer/Photographer to build a portfolio of strategic, unique, and high-value owned assets
- Manage external designers when needed, ensuring their work is on time and top quality

**What you bring to the table**:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an in-house designer or at a marketing agency
- Exceptional portfolio displaying creative and branding skills
- Acute visual sensibility and uncompromising approach to quality design
- Strategic thinking with strong initiative in proposing powerful visual concepts and ideas
- Experience developing ideas and leading creative execution for marketing projects across a variety of mediums
- Ability to lead projects independently but also able to ask for guidance and collaborate effectively with other teams
- Be able to manage projects simultaneously and communicate progress and capacity with clarity
- Highly proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication, Electronic Media or other design-related fields
- Nice to have: Basic knowledge of UI/UX (Figma), 3D software, animation and/or web design

**Good to know**:

- Our head office is in Stuttgart, but we provide **remote** **contracts** as well - and for those who are interested in international contracts, we have opportunities available in both **Europe and the UK**
