ASEA is looking for a talented full-time **Business Development Coordinator (M/F/d)** to join our growing organization.

**SUMMARY**:
We are looking for a driven and analytical full-time Business Development Coordinator to support our Business Development Department to drive growth and retention in the European region.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Tracking and Analyzing Sales Data**:

- Monitor sales data and distributor performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement and to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify top-performing distributors and prioritize support and resources accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing key performance metrics, market insights, and business development initiatives for internal stakeholders.

**Supporting Business Development Team**:

- Assist the business development team in creating sales tools, trainings, and presentations to support distributor growth and development.

**Distributor Recognition Process**:

- Execute and refine the distributor recognition process to acknowledge and incentivize high-performing distributors.

**External Communication with Distributors**:

- Engage in external communication with distributors to disseminate sales initiatives, provide performance feedback, and communicate general announcements.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align business development efforts with overall business objectives and initiatives.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field would be preferred, a good standard of general education is required.
- 3+ years of experience in fields of expertise like key account management, business development and sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in network marketing or direct sales preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); any additional language is of advantage (Czech and Hungarian preferred).
- Limited travel will be required within the region covered.
