- und Servicepalette.**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Als Tracking-Experte (m/w/d) arbeitest du im Tracking-Team, das für die Integration aller Lidl-Apps und -Webseiten verantwortlich ist.
- Du hilfst bei der Integration von Tracking-Technologien und unterstützt Stakeholder bei der Planung und Nutzung von Tracking-Daten
- Ausgehend von den geschäftlichen Anforderungen leitest du technische Integrationsrichtlinien ab und planst die Umsetzung gemeinsam mit den Entwicklern in deinem Team
- Du validierst, ob neue Anforderungen aus geschäftlicher Sicht sinnvoll sind, und hilfst bei der Abschätzung der technischen Integration
- Als Kommunikator zwischen anderen Product Ownern oder Stakeholdern aus anderen Abteilungen kannst du erklären, welche Tracking-Integrationen notwendig sind, um den Erfolg von Features und Vertriebskampagnen zu messen und zu verbessern
- Das Erkennen von Verbesserungen und deren Umsetzung in umsetzbare Maßnahmen ist dir vertraut

**Dein Profil**:

- Hochschulabschluss in einem verwandten Fachgebiet, z. B. Informatik, Marketing, Datenmanagement, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Ähnliches
- +4 Jahre Berufserfahrung, bevorzugt in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Tracking-Technologien, z.B. in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, dataLayer-Konzepten, JavaScript oder in ähnlichen Tools und Sprachen
- Sie wissen, wie Tracking-Daten in Cloud-Umgebungen (GCP, Azure) gespeichert werden, wie sie über SQL / BigQuery analysiert werden können und wie diese Daten für Onsite-Optimierung, Personalisierung und Performance-Marketing genutzt werden können
- Ein gutes Verständnis von Marketingplattformen, User Journey und Attributionslogik ist ein Plus
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit
- Kenntnisse in einer agilen Produktorganisation, z.B. in Scrum, Kanban oder ähnlichem sind ein Plus
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch. Deutsch ist ein Plus, aber keine Voraussetzung für die Position
