**Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:
**Hintergrund**:
Am Standort Donauwörth führt Airbus Helicopters die Entwicklung und Serienproduktion im Bereich der tatsächlich fliegenden additiv gefertigten Bauteile im Airbus Konzern an. Auf Grund der noch sehr neuen Anwendung dieser Technologie im Bereich der Serienproduktion für die bemannte Luftfahrt, herrschen aktuell noch extrem hohe Anforderungen an die Qualitätssicherung. Dabei ist es Stand der Technik die Serienbauteilqualität am Ende der Prozesskette mittels klassischer zerstörungsfreier Prüfverfahren abzusichern. Zusätzlich wird mit Hilfe von zerstörenden Prüfverfahren von standardisierten Begleitproben aus dem gleichen Druckvorgang eine Qualitätssicherung durchgeführt, sodass eine mechanische Charakterisierung der Fertigungs-/ und Materialgüte des Druckprozesses möglich wird. Auf Grund der sehr langen Zeitspanne vom Fertigungsprozess bis zur finalen Qualitätskontrolle, befinden sich eine sehr hohe Anzahl an Halbzeugen („Blanks“) und Bauteilen in der Prozesskette. Wird ein Qualitätsproblem gefunden, sind somit immer eine große Anzahl an Bauteilen betroffen.
Aus diesem Grund besteht die Motivation den Qualitätssicherungsprozess ganz am Ende der Prozesskette durch geeignete Verfahren zu ersetzen, die entweder parallel bereits während des Fertigungsprozesses eine Aussage über die Qualität des Bauteils liefern können, oder aber direkt hinter den einzelnen Fertigungsschritten mit Hilfe einer einfach zu bedienenden, kostengünstigen und zeitsparenden Qualitätssicherungsmethode die Halbzeug
- oder Bauteilqualität absichern.
In einer früheren Masterarbeit wurde mit Hilfe der prozesskompensierten Resonanzprüfung (PCRT) nachgewiesen, dass Abweichungen der klassischen Materialparameter bei den Druckbegleitproben (E-Modul, Bruchdehnung, Streckgrenze, Zugfestigkeit) auf Grund von Abweichungen der Prozessparameter beim Druckvorgang schon zuverlässig gefunden werden können. Dies könnte in Zukunft die mechanische Bruchprüfung der Druckbegleitproben komplett ersetzen.
Deswegen soll in einer Anschlussarbeit nun zunächst geprüft werden, wie weit und unter welchen Bedingungen der Ersatz einer klassischen makroskopischen Bruchprüfung mittels Zugversuch durch eine mikroskopische Resonanzfrequenzuntersuchung ersetzt werden kann. Anschließend soll die Prozessstabilität soweit verbessert werden, dass dann im nächsten Schritt eine Zulassung des Verfahrens möglich wird.
In diesem Kontext sucht der Bereich für zerstörungsfreie Werkstoffprüfung von Airbus Helicopters Deutschland einen Studierenden für eine Masterarbeit für die Weiterentwicklung der PCRT Prüfung und einer anschließenden Doktorarbeit im Bereich Online Monitoring und der prozessbegleitenden Qualitätssicherung für additiv gefertigte Bauteile.
Ziel dieser Masterarbeit ist es, die oben beschriebene Problematik zu adressieren, um die Grenzen der Aussagefähigkeit, insbesondere die physikalischen Zusammenhänge, der zerstörungsfreien PCRT bezüglich der relevanten Materialparameter (E-Modul, Bruchdehnung, Streckgrenze, Zugfestigkeit) zu ermitteln beziehungsweise zu beschreiben. Zusätzlich soll mit Hilfe einer serienbegleitenden Prüfung der Begleitproben mittels PCRT ein Parameterset in der Auswertesoftware entwickelt werden, womit eine zuverlässige Identifikation von Gutteilen und Schlechtteilen möglich wird. Dies geschieht in Kooperation mit dem Prüfanlagenhersteller.
