Der Bereich New Banking mit mehr als 800 Kolleginnen und Kollegen ist dafür verantwortlich, Lösungen für die Digitalisierung des Privat
- und Firmenkunden-Geschäfts der Deutschen Bank zu liefern. Wir liefern unter anderem digitale Anwendungen für das Online
- und Mobile Banking der Marken Deutsche Bank, Postbank, norisbank, FYRST, maxblue und anderen. Dabei glauben wir fest daran, dass unsere digitalen Anwendungen immer dann wertstiftend im Sinne unserer Geschäftsziele sind, wenn wir mit ihnen sinnvolle Verbindungen zu unseren Kundinnen und Kunden herstellen.

**Wo du ins Spiel kommst**

Als UX-Designer im Online Tribe des Bereichs New Banking schaffst Du ein Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kundinnen und Kunden, und sorgst dafür, dass sie ihre Bank
- und Wertpapiergeschäfte eigenständig im Online-Banking erledigen können.

Im Squad Customer Dashboard arbeitest Du eng mit Product Ownern, Business Analysten und Entwicklern zusammen. Gemeinsam mit dem Design & UX Chapter stellst Du dabei sicher, dass die Bedürfnisse unserer Kundinnen und Kunden sowie unsere Geschäftsziele erreicht werden.

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Auf Basis unserer Designsysteme und unserer UX-Paradigmen konzipierst und gestaltest Du Interaktionsprozesse, Wireframes, Prototypen und Benutzeroberflächen, die als Vorgabe für die Entwicklung verwendet werden
- Grundlagen deiner Konzept
- und Gestaltungsarbeit sind die Auseinandersetzung mit relevanten Stakeholdern und den Erkenntnissen, die Du aus Nutzungsstudien gewinnst
- Das Vorbereiten, Begleiten und Auswerten von qualitativen und quantitativen Nutzungsstudien ist bei deiner Betrachtung genauso wichtig wie die Analyse und Interpretation von bereits erfassten Nutzungsdaten
- Du unterstützt unsere UI-Designer bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Designsysteme, indem du relevante und wiederverwendbare Komponenten identifizierst und diese gemeinsam mit ihnen spezifizierst

**Deine Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen**
- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in der Fachrichtung Design, Kommunikation oder Informatik
- Du hast ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse über UX-Design Prozesse und UX-Research Methoden und kannst diese sicher und zielgerichtet anwenden - idealerweise in der Konzeption und Gestaltung von nutzerzentrierten, digitalen Desktop-Anwendungen
- Mit deinem Portfolio kannst du uns von dir überzeugen und aufzeigen, wie deine Arbeit nachweislich zum Erfolg beigetragen hat
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Figma, Sketch, InVision oder anderen gängigen Design
- bzw. Prototyping-Programmen (z.B. Adobe CC oder Axure)
- Agile Softwareentwicklungsprozesse in der Zusammenarbeit mit global verteilten Teams sind Dir bekannt - gerne aus dem Konzernumfeld
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse ermöglichen Dir einen konstruktiven Dialog mit Stakeholdern und dem internationalen Kollegium

**Your purpose**

As a UX designer in our Online Tribe of the New Banking department, you create an understanding of the needs of our customers and ensure that they can carry out their banking and securities transactions independently in their online banking.

**Your colleagues**

In the Customer Dashboard Squad you work closely with product owners, business analysts and developers. Together with the Design & UX Chapter, you ensure that the needs of our customers and our business goals are met.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Based on our design systems and our UX paradigms, you will conceive and design interaction processes, wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that will be used as a specification for development
- The basis of your concept and design work is based on the input of the relevant stakeholders and the insights that you gain from usage studies
- The preparation, monitoring and evaluation of qualitative and quantitative usage studies is just as important in your consideration as the analysis and interpretation of usage data that has already been collected
- You support our UI designers in the development of our design systems by identifying relevant and reusable components and specifying them together with them

**Your skills and experiences**
- A bachelor’s degree or a comparable qualification in the field of design, communication, or computer science
- With your portfolio you can convince us of yourself and show how your work has demonstrably contributed to the success of a digital product or service
