Hobson Prior are seeking a Study Coordinator to join a fantastic CRO on a contract basis located in Mannheim. Our client is focused on distributing life-changing solutions to maximise the effectiveness of those who conduct clinical trials.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will manage and uphold investigator and study folders.
- Responsible for arranging the collaboration of cooperative divisions.
- You will prepare the oversight of clinical trials, which involves pre-screening and initiation visits, test site descriptions, compilation of documents for proposals such as ethics committee, higher federal authority, etc.
- Gather data from study participants and transfer them to case report forms.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Requirements**:

- Acquaintance with eCRF.
- Familiarity with data entry/data input duties.
- Capable of performing admin responsibilities.
- Able to arrange the project.
- Knowledge in the local language at least at a B1 level.
- Communication skills both verbally and in writing.
