**Die Position ist befristet bis Mitte November 2024 und wir suchen Verstärkung auf Minijob Basis. Idealweise jeden Mittwoch ganztägig.**
Das erwartet Dich bei uns
- Kompetente und stilsichere Beratung unserer Kund*innen
- Proaktiv auf Kund*innen zugehen und sie von Kess Produkten überzeugen
- Pflege und Organisation des Stores und des Lagers
- Einhaltung der Hygiene und Sauberkeit vor Ort, um unserem Kund*innen ein angenehmes Einkaufserlebnis zu gewährleisten
- Achten auf eine ansprechende Warenpräsentation
- Übernahme von Kassiertätigkeiten und Bestellungen
- Hilfe bei der Organisation von Events und Marketingaktionen falls benötigt

- Erste Erfahrungen im Verkauf und du stehst uns Mittwochs ganztägig zur Verfügung.
- Begeisterung für Beauty und Kosmetik, die du an unsere Kund*innen weitergeben möchtest
- Identifizierung mit Kess und dadurch in der Lage, überzeugende Verkaufsgespräche zu führen
- Du bist zuverlässig und flexibel, arbeitest eigenständig und strukturiert
- Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten und auch in stressigen Situationen verlierst du nicht deine positive Ausstrahlung
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
