**Overview of the role**:
kp is currently looking for a Sales Administration Specialist within the Pharma, Health & Durables Division who will be the backbone of our Sales Department and supports the Sales Team with every administrative piece of work. The role is an interface between Customer Service, Operations, Finance and Sales and coordinates internally relevant information and key facts.

**Here are the key tasks and responsibilities of the role**:
**Administrative support of the Sales Team includes**:
Quote & sample request administration

Generating reports & forecasts, e.g. bi-weekly / monthly statistics about year-to-date/open orders, non-ordering customers etc.

Reminding for order intake

Analyse forecasts customer send and propose implications

Maintaining price lists, price quotes and updates through collection of product information from Product Line Management, Application Managers, etc.

Creation of customer price lists

Credit limit increase request (track notifications, collect data, issue request and inform Account Managers)

General customer accounts, updates, notifications and reminders (issuing change requests) e.g. customer group; collecting all necessary data

Customer Clean-up / De-activation

Internal coordination and liaison between Customer Service, Operations, Finance and Sales:
Sharing of customer information and key customer insights with relevant teams

Customer complaints, Customer feedback collection and internal handling of customer feedback/ complaints

System-side recording (SFDC) of customer complaints for further assessment in terms of quality, including follow-up

**Who we are looking for**:
You may be a fit if you have a completed commercial apprenticeship and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education experience. Furthermore, we need someone with experiences in the field of Sales Administration.

Required functional knowledge and technical skills and Competencies:
Very good spoken and written language skills (English), further language skills preferred as per area of responsibility

SAP and Salesforce knowledge absolutely necessary

Very good MS Office knowledge

Country-specific knowledge of laws and customs formalities would be an advantage

Communication and contact strength

Experience in sales administration, awareness of customer needs
