**Eucalyptus **(or 'Euc' for short) is a healthcare technology organisation on a mission to deliver high touch, high quality care to millions of patients.

Eucalyptus is a house of consumer healthcare brands built off of a core shared technology and services layer. We have 4 healthcare brands that form the connective tissue between telehealth consults with doctors, pharmacy delivery and ongoing patient care. Our goal is to provide a differentiated and comprehensive care experience for a wide variety of patients and conditions

**About The Work**

We're looking for a design whizz to take ownership over designing our marketing websites, landing pages, static ads and e-commerce experiences. **We are seeking a bi-lingual German and English speaker to help define how our brands live digitally, working closely with our team to make memorable, engaging experiences. As a Digital Designer at Eucalyptus you'll have the chance to create work that makes a difference - all of our brands have an immensely positive impact to our customers health & confidence.

We're a young company with experimentation as part of our DNA. We frequently iterate to conviction with a strong hypotheses-led culture. The whole company sets quarterly OKRs and has the ability to rapidly shift gears in response to new insights, or changing market conditions in order to deliver on our company-wide objectives. It is critical for us that you share these philosophies, are adaptable to change and comfortable with solving for ambiguity.

**Forget the agency world**:

- We don't pitch for new business. When we want more clients, we launch more brands. This means that your energy always goes into making an impact from Day 1
- You'll make an insane amount of work. 3 months at Eucalyptus equals a years worth of agency work. We have the resourcing and budgets to let good ideas thrive, and work isn't watered down by things like clients or 60 page brand strategy docs
- Make work that benefits society - we are not selling Ferrari sports cars or Adidas shoes. All of our brands have an immensely positive impact on our patients' health & confidence
- Have your work judged by its effectiveness, not some washed out ECD at Cannes
- Working at Eucalyptus you'll be heavily involved in not just the production of work, but also in helping to measure its success once it's live
- You'll have ownership of a larger part of the creative process at Eucalyptus. Your execution won't be limited to work that comes directly from briefs. If you've got ideas that you think would work in certain mediums, we'll make it come to life

**As a Designer at Eucalyptus, you will (responsibilities)**:

- Be based in Germany - reporting directly to our Creative Lead (Germany), who is based in Germany
- Design new brand experiences across all Eucalyptus brands to support new product launches and initiatives
- Leverage your design skills to help form and implement an adaptable design process across multiple streams of work, including Landing Pages, eCommerce Shopfronts, and our Ads (broad initially but scope to focus on one stream as the team grows)
- Use Figma to turn a brief or lo-fi wireframe into a hi-fi design that developers can use to create the experiences in Webflow or Shopify
- Create pixel-perfect, intuitive digital experiences that build trust in our healthcare brands, and spark joy for our users
- Design mobile responsive experiences and consider different user behaviours and experience pathways when it comes to the UX of an experience (error states, cross-sells, logged in vs logged out etc)
- Work with performance marketing team to support in the creation of static ads
- Edit (and retouch) images and create icons using Adobe Creative Suite
- Contribute to brand design systems for each of our different telehealth brands ensuring it is on-brand

**About You (skills)**
- 3+ years experience working as a designer at an agency or studio.
- Communicate fluently in German and English (bonus - if you're proficient in other European languages)
- Strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities
- Deep understanding of the principles of graphic design
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Thorough knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
