Für unsere Hauptverwaltung mit Sitz in Oberursel/ Taunus suchen wir Dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als Teamlead Sales Assistants (m/w/d).

DEIN AUFGABENGEBIET- Du bist proaktiver Sparringspartner der Vertriebsdirektion und bist verantwortlich für die Planung, Organisation und Koordination des Alltags der Vertriebsdirektoren in Form von:
- Vor
- und Nachbereitung aller Termine, Meetings und Sitzungen sowie die strategische Assistenz bei vielfältigen unternehmerischen Projekten auf Management-Ebene-
- Selbständige Koordination des Kalenders inkl. Planung und Terminkoordination, Reiseplanung, Buchung und Abrechnung-
- Komplettes Bearbeiten und Priorisieren der Korrespondenz, auch in englischer Sprache, teilweise mit selbständiger Verteilung von Informationen an die jeweiligen Empfänger-
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Prozessen und Abläufen-
- Du übernimmst die Teamleitung des Vertriebssekretariats, bestehend aus drei Mitarbeitenden und sorgst für die gute Performance und Zufriedenheit des Teams sowie dessen kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung.- Zusammen mit Deinem Team arbeitest Du vertrauensvoll mit den Fach
- und Führungskräften innerhalb des Vertriebs und der angrenzenden Abteilungen sowie mit externen Lieferanten und Anbietern zusammen.-
- Bei der Durchführung von Projekten und Veranstaltungen im oder für den Bereich Vertrieb unterstützt Du mit Deinem Team zuverlässig.DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder kaufmännische Ausbildung- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im anspruchsvollen Assistenzbereichs von Top Management / C-Level eines internationalen Konzerns und im Kontext Veränderungsmanagement- Hohes Maß an Diskretion und Verbindlichkeit sowie ein professionelles Auftreten- Lust auf “Mehr”: zusätzlich zu Deiner fachlichen Expertise übernimmst Du mit Empathie, strategischem Denkvermögen und Konfliktfähigkeit die Teamführung- Das Talent für die zielgruppengerechte Ansprache Deiner internen wie externen Kunden, andere zu begeistern und “mitzunehmen” fällt Dir leicht- Eigeninitiative sowie Umsetzungsstärke- Exzellente Schriftkenntnisse sowie Ausdrucksvermögen in Deutsch und Englisch- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse und die Überzeugung, Digitalisierung als Sprungbrett der Verbesserung von Strukturen und Prozessen nutzen zu können
