- Sie werden Teil des weltweiten Corporate Finance Siemens Pension Team (CF F PEN), das die zentrale, finanzielle Verantwortung für das konzernweite End-to-End Global Pension Management trägt, und damit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum starken Finanzprofil von Siemens und zur betrieblichen Altersversorgung unserer Mitarbeiter und Pensionäre liefert
- In Ihrer neuen Rolle als Referent (w/m/d) wirken Sie mit bei der Entwicklung der CF F PEN Digitalisierungs-Roadmap, sowie bei der Vorbereitung der Entscheidungs
- und Abstimmungsmeetings zu wesentlichen Themen im Rahmen der Digitalisierung
- Sie führen Analysen bestehender Geschäftsprozesse durch und identifizieren Möglichkeiten zur Automatisierung und Digitalisierung. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit verschiedenen Fachabteilungen und Stakeholdern zusammen, um die Anforderungen zu verstehen und die besten Lösungen zu finden.
- Auf Basis Ihrer Erfahrung mit Visualisierungstools wie SAP Analytics Cloud/Tableau/Qlik oder Low-/No-Code-Tools wie KNIME/Alteryx/UIPath implementieren Sie digitale Lösungen
- Sie entwickeln bestehende Applikationen stetig weiter
- Als Teil eines agilen Teams und verschiedener Workstreams sind Sie dafür verantwortlich, agile Methoden und Praktiken zu implementieren und sicherzustellen, dass diese erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.
- Sie koordinieren Trainingsmöglichkeiten z. B. durch Abhaltung von Workshops u. ä. im Rahmen der Digitalisierung

**Ihr Profil für "Zukunft möglich machen".**
- Grundlage für Ihren Erfolg ist ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsmathematik, Mathematik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder IT
- Zudem haben Sie idealerweise erste fachspezifische Berufserfahrung in einem der Bereiche Corporate Finance, Versicherungen, Aktuar, Assetmanagement oder IT bzw. vergleichbarem erworben
- Sie konnten darüber hinaus idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Führung von kleineren Projekten bzw. Projektworkstreams sammeln
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Ihre Initiative, Kreativität, Analysefähigkeit und Teamfähigkeit aus
- Zusatzqualifikationen im Bereich Data Science/Data Analysis sind wünschenswert, idealerweise bringen Sie Grundkenntnisse im Programmieren mit
- Fortgeschrittene Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch sowie Kenntnisse in Deutsch und ggf. anderen Sprachen runden Ihr Profil ab
