**Job Description**:
The Migration Lead (M/F/d) is a senior level role, requiring comprehensive prior experience of migrating end-to-end critical and highly available cards and other forms of payments services across the platforms without compromising the required availability and customer experience.
- Executing migration-related activities towards the customer and program, including coordinating related activities and deliverables.
- Being responsible for migration and cut-over planning, coordination and execution.
- Writing high quality technical solution documents and migration run-book.
- Synchronizing migration dependencies and tasks with overall customer delivery project and streams.
- Internal and external migration communication, governance and standards.
- Propose technical solutions and serving as an arbiter to influence their acceptance across the stakeholders.
- Supporting customer specific migration and testing strategy.
- Reviewing functional and full cycle testing reports, prepare migration and go-live recommendation reports.
- Working closely with product management, group technology and product engineering to collect all needed inputs
- As you will be responsible for international customer implementations, some of level of travelling would be required.

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ years of IT industry experience with a major part of it within the payments industry, either on internal positions or as a consultant.For this role it is critical that you have specific and direct prior experience with cards and payments services migration projects.
- Subject Matter Expert on migration methodologies, best practices and payments processing.
- Experience of working as a solution architect or solution consultant within the payments industry would be a big plus to succeed in this role.
- Technical project management experience, and a relevant certification like PMP, would also be benefitial.
- Knowledge or certification in working with agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM and SAFe)
- Basic degree in IT / Computer Science or a closely related field.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English and German.
