Über ein Joint Venture mit dem weltweit größten Modulbauer (DAIWA) ermöglicht Capital Bay Quartiersentwicklungen mit einem 360 Grad Ansatz: Baurechtsschaffung, Neubau zu KfW 40 NH Standards & Sanierung zur Verbesserung des Energieverbrauchs, nachhaltige Bewirtschaftung durch zielgruppenspezifische Vermietungskonzepte und Services über die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette sowie Verwertung der Liegenschaften zum besten Zeitpunkt durch asset
- und risikoklassenspezifische Vorgaben der institutionellen Investorengremien mit nationalem und internationalem Hintergrund.

Aufgaben
- Digitalisierung und Automatisierung des Transaktionsprozesses von Immobilien sowie die Entwicklung wissenschaftlicher Bewertungsmodelle
- Modell-Entwicklung für Input Parameter der Investment Business Pläne für diverse Invest
- und Assetklassen
- Programmierung/ Automatisierung der im Transaction Management Prozess genutzten Investment Business Pläne
- Unterstützung der Transaction Manager bei Excel-bedingten Fragestellungen im Bezug auf die Modellierung von Immobilien Investments in Business Plänen (Cash Flow Modelling)
- Weiterentwicklung bestehender CF-Modelle
- Einsatz von Makros (VBA)

Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder -Mathematik, BWL, VWL oder Data Science, ökonometrische Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Interesse an volkswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen sowie ein fundiertes Verständnis für Immobilien sind bei Ihnen genauso vorhanden, wie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln (Berufserfahrung > 5 Jahre)
- Der Umgang mit komplexen Excel-Formaten ist für Sie kein Problem, idealerweise haben Sie VBA-Kenntnisse und sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse so wie erste Erfahrungen im Prototyping in mathematischen Software Paketen (z.B. Python, R, Matlab, Konzeption von Datenbankabfragen)
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, strategisches Denken, gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Präsentationsfähigkeiten, Verhandlungskompetenz, eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
