**The Position**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and highly motivated Scientist to join our Animal Health Pharmaceutical Development team in Ingelheim. In this role, you will contribute to the advancement of innovative pharmaceutical development platforms, such as extrusion technologies, as part of a dynamic team.

This position is part time eligible with 80%.

***Tasks & responsibilities**:

- Drive Innovation: You will play a pivotal role in the development and optimization of robust and efficient drug products, with a focus on formulation and process development for chewable dosage forms. Your work will align with internal objectives and global regulatory requirements.
- Technological Evaluation: You will assess continuous blending and manufacturing processes through extrusion technologies, integrating in-process controls, developing innovative formulations, and ensuring their thorough characterization.Project Leadership: As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will independently manage and lead projects, contributing to cross-functional collaborations to ensure successful outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Master´s degree in Life Science, Chemical Sciences, Pharmacy, Technology or equivalent with several years professional experience; PhD degree is preferable
- Few years experiences in a pharmaceutical drug product development, preferably within an R&D environment
- Solid experience in continuous blending and extrusion-based manufacturing of dosage forms is essential, along with a strong understanding of relevant guidelines and regulations
- High proficiency in both English and German, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners
- Flexibility to travel internationally as required
