You support our team as

**Teamlead Safety & Certification (f/m/d)**:
**Responsibilities**:

- You cooperate closely with certification bodies
- Coordinating certification requirements with the development department is also part of your tasks
- You are in charge of creating documentation in close cooperation with the development and production departments
- You are responsible for setting up the “Fuel Cell System Certification” team
- Cooperation with external partners, for example testing laboratories, rounds off your activities

**Qualifications**:

- You hold a degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
- You already have professional experience in a comparable position and at least 3 years of class experience in the maritime sector
- Ideally, you have initial management experience
- You have in-depth knowledge in at least one of the following areas: fuel cells, explosion protection or batteries
- A hands-on mentality, creativity and assertiveness as well as quick comprehension and an independent and structured way of working characterize you
- You enjoy working in a team
- Fluency in German and English rounds off your profile
