Data Scientist Marketing Analytics

**Your Tasks**:

- Development and Maintenance of own built Personalization Engine (GCP)
- Implementation of use cases such as Customer Churn Prediction, Customer Lifetime Value, Affinity Scorings
- End-to-end responsibility from data preparation to provision, automation, monitoring and presentation of results
- Understanding business requirements and consulting key stakeholders in Marketing and Ecommerce
- Using state-of-the-art Machine Learning / AI Methods to provide sophisticated models

**Your Profile**:

- Degree in Economics, Computer science, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent
- Experience with cloud-based big data technologies (preferable Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Azure)
- High proficiency in SQL, programming languages (preferable Python) and core statistical

- Computing libraries (like SciPy, NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn)
- First experience with machine learning platforms like XGBoost, LightGBM, Tensorflow, PyTorch are a plus
- At least a few years of professional experience in analytical role as Data Scientist (M/F/d) or similar
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; German is a plus
- Passion for retail and desire to share your results and insights with stakeholders at all hierachy levels

In our Intelligence & Activation unit, you will work as specialist (M/F/d) within the product development team “Marketing AI” to drive day to day our data-driven-marketing capabilities to the next level.
