**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Ausbau unserer Projektmanagementmethoden, -vorlagen und -tools
- Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung von Zeitplänen und der Kontrolle von Meilensteinen
- Steuerung und Koordination der internen Projektpartner
- Überwachung der Einhaltung von Projektmanagementstandards, -richtlinien, -verfahren und -vorlagen durch Projektaudits
- Koordinierung der projektübergreifenden Kommunikation
- Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Projekten zur Entwicklung, Optimierung und Standardisierung von Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Prozessen
- Einführung von Projektmanagment Standards sowie deren Sicherstellung, Umsetzung und Einhaltung
- Pflege und Erstellung von Reportings

**Unsere Erwartungen**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
- Praktische Projektmanagement-Erfahrung, bevorzugt mit entsprechender Projektmanagement-Zertifizierung (PMP, PRINCE2 etc.)
- Mehrjährige Berufs
- und Projekterfahrung im Bereich PMO (nice to have: gerne im IT- Umfeld oder Unternehmensberatung)
- Erfahrung in der Steuerung interner Projektpartner
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Insbesondere mit Excel, PowerPoint und MS Project
- Strukturierte Planungs
- und Organisationskompetenz sowie ein sicheres und kompetentes Auftreten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch-und Englischkenntnisse
