We are providing engineering and advisory services along the entire project lifecycle, ranging from studies and investment planning, through design and implementation as well as capacity building and operation and maintenance support.

Our recruiting team is looking for a **Recruitment Specialist (f/m/d)** supporting the recruitment of experts for our projects worldwide as well as for our inhouse positions.

**Your Responsibilities**
- You advertise the job postings on international platforms and our inhouse websites
- You are responsible for the identification of experts during acquisition and for our ongoing projects
- You establish contacts with experts around the world and build up your own network (e.g. through LinkedIn)
- You maintain and develop our own personnel database
- You are the point of contact for external experts and for inhouse personnel for all matters relating to recruitment
- You support and initiate job fairs and other HR marketing related activities

**Your Qualifications and Skills**
- University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Business Development, or similar
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in recruiting or/and in the context of development cooperation or related tasks
- Strong communicator on all hierarchy levels
- Excellent command of English language, adequate French language skills are considered an asset
- Confidence in handling MS Office software (Word/Excel/Outlook) and databases
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong team spirit, as well as motivational and social skills
- You have the willingness to adopt a flexible working approach and timing in response to existing workload, as well as a passion for recruitment within an international team
